Elizabeth Schepis is a certified personal trainer who specializes in one on one fitness training as well as group exercise. Elizabeth has a passion for health and fitness. She has been a life-long fitness enthusiast and athlete who enjoys running, cycling, weight training, yoga, and Pilates. Her passion for a healthy life style is transmitted to her clients, which she finds very gratifying and motivating. Elizabeth trains each client according to their goals and objectives, and guides them to achieve their personal best. She understands the fitness industry is continuously evolving and is passionate about staying current on the latest studies in fitness and nutrition.

Currently holding outdoor boot camp style group workout sessions at economical rates. These group classes consist of a combination of strength and cardio training. This class benefits all fitness levels, and allows everyone to work toward their Personal Best. 


Boot Camp Schedule:

Monday and Friday at 9:15 Morningside Park, Miami


Monday at 3:15 and Wednesday at 2:15 South Pointe Elementary P.E. field
